The tiny little yellow breasted birds are back, I'm going to break out the DSLR and try to get a pic of them.
I'm thinking they might be a Vireo, yellow-throated and/or Bell's. Some are much more yellow, some just a hint of yellow. Both have been sighted around here, this is just the 2nd year I've seen them so they might be transitioning to the area.

I think it helps I live across the street from the 5 acre Park District offices and it borders a lake. Pretty cool the variety of wildlife that shows up around here.

I've always had a SLR - and recently got into DSLR. I started with the Canon EOS Rebel T7, switched to a Nikon D5300 and now have a Nikon D7100. I'm eyeing a mirrorless camera, but not yet willing to invest $2500 in a body only when I'd also have to swap out the lenses. And momma is pretty firm on no more cameras (for now)...That camera is nice George!
I do love eBay for my cameras and lenses - I get some pretty incredible deals if I'm careful (sometimes you do have to read the fine print)!
