ETA: over the weekend got to taste some Bruery Chocolate Rain.  Holy crap.  Reminded me a lot of the last bottle of Dark Lord I tasted.  Very sweet, almost cloying, an overload of dark chocolate and goes down like syrup.

I live within walking (stumbling) distance of a nice Mexican restaurant so I am down with whatever cerveza is on special that day. Your family sounds like good people.
