Been a while since we ate from the Kogi truck. They had a new menu item: chilaquiles. I had to give them a try. They were a messy pile of chopped pork, eggs, cheese, tortilla chips, and sauces. Awesome.

How do you make leftover steak? I’ve never done that before
I just nuked this one for 38 seconds. Enough to where it wasn’t cold, but not real warm and tough from the microwave either. If it were a ribeye, I would take it out of the fridge for at least a half hour or so and put it in a 500° oven for a few minutes until it started to look crispy again on the outside, but still pink inside.How do you make leftover steak?
