In memory of MadMonk

WTF? Danno really? Definitely one of the good guys out there for sure and always willing to share some cigar knowledge.

RIP Danno.

Holy Shit. I was not expecting this, and hate that I'm seeing it this late. Seems like this has been happening way too much and it is just heartbreaking. RIP, Brother.

Damn!!! I was so excited to be back, and reunite with my family here... then I see this... What a great brother... a great person. You were loved, and will be missed. Rest In Peace brother.

I also had no idea. He will be missed.
This makes me so angry.

Is anyone doing anything for his family? I'd gladly pitch in.

Listening to Jethro Tull at MSG in '78 this morning and thinking of Dan. I know he was a fan and I seem to remember him saying he was at this show. Ian's opening always makes me laugh and I suspect it did the same for Dan:

Ian to crowd: "Welcome to New York.....That's a silly thing to say, I suppose you all live here anyway."

Wow Have not been in in a while and this is the news I get. Had a few trades with him and each and every one the PM's we would chat about all kinds of stuff once the business was done. He truly cared about this place and each and every one of us. He and I shared the single dad moniker. Rest well Sir

I saw an old post from Dan earlier today and it made me realize how much his presence is missed. Definitely different with him gone!
I don't think I ever heard the guy say one negative thing, even in PM.

Just saw this, I had always enjoyed his post and responses. He will surly be missed.

Well folks, tomorrow mark two years since Dan passed away...it's still hard to believe he's gone. Good guy, very smart on a variety of subjects & wise beyond his years.

If you have the opportunity, don't forget to light one up in his honor...I sure will.
