I didn’t marinate anything. It was a dry jerk seasoning.

Ah the good old mes40?? I have one as well.

Your grates look like they are in backwards but they come out easier that way. I have bought new ones for mine with a much smaller grid layout. I like them, but can be harder to clean.

All the coating had come off the originals so much that I didn’t feel great about using them.
