Great American Beer Festival '09

We are going to the Thursday night session and then planning a pub/brewery crawl on Friday and a BBQ HERF on Saturday. It works out well because they usually run out of certain beers by the Friday session and Thursday there are less frat boys running around.

Ok, I will see what I can put together.. So really all you need is one day at the GABF, then we will plan some other events on the side.

I did some checking and the Sheraton that is less than half a mile from the Colorado Convention Center where GABF is held, has rooms available and on sale for $85 a night! I would suggest making a reservation even if you aren't sure you are coming yet, this hotel always sales out. You can always cancel it later on.

Justin you are right, $85 a night is a promotional non-refundable rate. I double checked and the cheapest refundable rate you can get is $108.00. The normal rate is $150 a night so $85 is a smokin deal.
 
LTOJUL is the promotion code to use. And you have too Book By the 27th of July to get this deal. And as stated it is non-refundable.
Also try the Ramada In City Center. It was 89.oo per night and is refundable. It is a hotel I stayed at Last year and was about 1.5 mile outside of Downtown. I walked into the City 2 days in a row. SO if you dont mind a nice walk.

I just booked a room at the Ramada for $79 a night. After taxes and everything it was $180 for two nights.
 
I spoke to Jason, JLAudio the other night. Pretty sure he is in.
 
I'm working on this...I'm teaching a class at Villanova this fall...which just happens to be on Thursday. Also need to make sure the wife will be OK for a few days taking care of the baby on her own. I'll try to nail it down this weekend. Anyone looking to share a hotel room?

Anyone flying in on Thursday thats wants to split a cab? Into the city?

Just to make sure we are still doing Thursday event?

What time you arrive Thursday?
I get in at 11am, Carps gets in at 10am.
