    I agree. As much as we complain about it, unless you do something, the shop is never going to stop. And during the holiday season I suspect some Non-Cigar smoking gift buyers get taken for a ride by these shops.

    From hearing from customers, other retailers, and reading the forums, I don't really see where east or west is being treated any differently. But I'll definitely be asking! I know there are stores that get special consideration when all the cigars are divvied up, but I've never heard that before.

    I think the B & M's will still be around for along time. They provide a service to BTOL's that you just can't get from an internet site. Unfortunately the smoking bans in some places will put a damper on the experience at some shops.
