I just came in from opening day of our early split. We bagged 2 geese (Canadas), 2 woodies and a mallard. My first shot of the day was a banded woodie. Nice way to start off the season! Man it feels good to get back out hunting.

Anyone in NC planning on going to this one? I am planning on being there right now. The only catch is that the opening split for duck season starts the next morning, so it may be an early night for me.

Just smoked my first one of these. I liked it. I thought it was fairly mild and then just a touch of pepper at the end. As with all of the Rocky Patel cigars I have smoked, the burn and draw were perfect.
