I gotta agree with CigarStone. The best thing to do is to just move your humidor to a place that doesn't experience direct sunlight, temperature swings, or humidity swings. This will be MUCH better in the long run than trying to worry what ranges your cigars will survive in.

I agree with Bullfrog. Get something with beads or the "gel" stuff like a Drymistat tube, or a little jar of gel from Xikar. You could use propylene glycol + water with your foam, but the gel / beads make it totally brainless to manage humidity.
