Happy Thread

My son and I are big Clint Eastwood fans and he love to coerce his 3 year old boy to tease me.

So today, my 3 year old grandson walks up and says to me "are you gonna pull those pistols or whistle dixie?"

I just about fell over laughing!

Love my grandsons!

Last night my oldest daughter graduated high school. She’s a great kid and graduated “Cum Laude” with a full academic scholarship (maybe this is excuses my recent cigar purchases? Haha). Very proud of her and other than keeping her alive she takes all the credit for her hard work. CCCEFD20-C813-40D6-821E-CE9F71A2CCCA.jpeg

Beautiful young lady and smart! Huge congrats on the full ride! Now tell her to take advantage of everything she can get during her scholarship time. Awesome!

Congratulations Steve! It’s such an incredible feeling to have healthy children who are succeeding. ❤️

Happy to be home from a short hike on the AT. planned on spending 2 nights with 3 days of very doable stretches across Killington and Pico Peaks. Well last night was mis 30’s four miles from Killington peak and the weather showed it starting to rain today starting around 4 pm and going through to Monday. That along with the snow we found at the top of Killington convinced us to push through and come back to Connecticut today not tomorrow.
