What’s on the grill/smoker today? 2021

Did you get good smoke flavor for the short 20min? I just got my smoker so I’m still messin with it. Going to do some jalapeño/cream cheese stuffed chicken breasts this weekend
I did.

I like to smoke it for 20 to 30 minutes depending on temperature and then throw it on a nuclear Hot Fire for a minute on each side.

The stuffed chicken breasts sound awesome!

Must ask, what is "On Sale" this day and age. Might as well add that the first photo in this thread is a brisket for $34.00 ( and I almost bit the fishhook, cause now they are just shy of $90.

A buddy does cookout catering for events like weddings, he had a bunch of Choice tenderloins left over, $30/ea. Got 3, wish I had more money on me!

Gonna feed some hard working farmer friends so I figured pulled pork would fit the bill. Here’s the first three pics. I pulled it at 195ish, and have it resting in the oven for two hours. The recipe said the meat will continue to break down during that time. We’ll see, or I suppose it’s they’ll see. The last pick is at 165degrees, I wrapped in foil to finish out.
