Had venison burgers on the grill with Rob and his lovely wife Amy (@Nihon_Ni) last night. He made this delicious mayo free coleslaw that would knock your socks off. Great food, conversation, and cigars of course.

Found an old pic of a pizza I made on the Green Egg. It's been a while, I burned the wood spool I was using for a table back there back on the 4th of July last year.

Any coleslaw that is Mayo free is my type of coleslaw…but then again, isn’t it just a shredded salad at that point?

If you've never tried it, I can't recommend wrapping on pink butcher paper highly enough.

Ok cool, thanks. I’ve always wanted a smoker for the camper. My buddy has this one that is like a grill/smoker and it works pretty well for what it is. I can’t remember the name though.

Sounds similar to this one. Runs off 12v, which is pretty sweet.
