Cooking has been my therapy, and something my daughter and I enjoy doing together when she’s here. Even the master (Rob @Nihon_Ni) might tell you I can cook a few tasty things. I might not have his plating/presentation skills, but I can cook.
I keep inviting myself over so I can watch and learn, but he doesn’t bite. Just wants to drink and smoke. I think he’s skeerd to show me what he knows.....

Love spring rolls. We have a great recipe for a shrimp spring roll served with duck sauce and peanuts. After seeing this I think I need to get on that!
