As much as id love a blower for the cub cadet, its hard to beat a free plow lol. I have a little single stage snow blower. It works but the second the snow gets slushy it's useless. This plow is from a lawn tractor my folks bought about 20 years ago, I found it while clearing brush.Nice looking welds. One looks a little slow though.
I bought a blower for mine and Ive never attached the blade since. I thought a blower came with every house sale/wedding present in MI?

I can try, but it's likely too wide for the doorGreat job! I'd love to see pics of it in the man cave setup too.

YeahDid you do the welding yourself?
I miss welding. I have debated getting a big portable miller that I could put on dolly wheels that I could roll out of my shop and double as a genny for the house. And maybe make a little side hustle $.Yeah
Wicked cool!It's alive!

We successfully completed the first engine run yesterday! The engine started on the first crank, and I was relieved that everything worked as it should. We have a few squawks, but noting we can't solve. The FAA inspection is scheduled for next week, and hopefully it will end with the examiner handing me a Airworthiness Certificate.
It's been a great journey, and I've thoroughly enjoyed the process. I've gained many new skills along the way, and spent time working on it nearly every day I wasn't traveling. The project has taken 13 years, 2 months and 9 days to get from first step to last rivet. It has tested my perseverance and I'm glad to be approaching the finish line.
The first flight will be sometime early next year.
