I quit shopping at one of my locals when I saw them refilling the gallon "Distilled" water jugs in the men's room from the faucet. Didn't notice an issue with any cigars I ever purchased there it was more of a disgust factor from my point of view.

What are the details (thickness, price, source) on the 'paneling' you used if you don't mind sharing?

Any comments as to the impact on the aroma? Perhaps it's just me but I don't notice the typical aroma from the tubed varieties. Perhaps it's the cedar wrap causing the difference?

I grab all the LFD Chisel Maduro 10 count boxes I can find. They are ~6 1/2 x 9 x 1 3/8 and hold ~10-12 of most size sticks in a single layer. Stack well since they are flat top boxes. Sounds like you could do 2 wide in the wine cooler. Here's a sample pic (the ones on the left) ....

I went thru a trio of 55's yesterday, one each from '03, '04 & '05. The '03 had probably the best draw of any cigar in recent memory but the '04 kicked ass in flavor profile. The '05 while respectable was troubled by burn problems.

Just curious if anybody has ever tried using cigar coffins? I'm looking to add some beads at each drawer of the cabinet for stability before summer and was trying to think of what would work best. When looking at the drawers I noticed a couple of coffins and thought "hey, I wonder...." Seams...

I'd guess 80% (or more) of the cigars I smoke are by myself. I work from home a lot and I'm the only one here so it's nice to have a mid-day cigar.
