Some applications like MS Office arent coded for OSX Intel yet. OSX uses a program called Rosetta to basically translate it to "Intel code" on the fly. Thats why Office seems to be slow, as well as the RAM issue. All of the "Universal Binary" programs are coded for both Intel and PPC and...

The Apple MacBook Pros are amazingly fast and can now run both OSX and XP, which is a huge plus. They are around $2000 however. If you can wait, the update to the Apple iBook should be released sometime this month, which would be more in your price range.

I had a Padron 6000 maddie this morning. It seemed a little young, but still good. Cant wait to taste the rest of my 6000s after a year or two. :thumbs:

I added to the Padron stash today. Bought a half box of 6000 maddies and Churchill maddies. I'll give them a few months of rest time, if I can last that long. :love:

Morning guys! I'm just finishing up a research thesis which is due in about 3 hours. After I hand it in, I am coming home and enjoying a nice morning smoke (then maybe a nap).
